Keys

Keys are available from the manager on Wednesdays from 1-7PM at the clubhouse. The manager is frequently onsite and may be able to set up a different time for you to get them if you call and request it.

Pool and Laundry

Keys for the pool and laundry room are available at a cost of $5.

Mailbox Locks

Generally mailbox keys convey when units are sold from the old owner to the new owner. Residents are responsible for their own mailbox keys, as Windsor Place does not keep mailbox keys. If you are a homeowner and you do not have a key for your mailbox from the previous owner, you can purchase a mailbox lock and key set from the manager as described above for $10, or from any hardware store. The mailman can provide you access to install the lock when he has the boxes open to deliver mail.
